What’s Included:
Heating Equipment:
- Inspect equipment for safety and proper performance.
- Check all electrical connections for corrosion and/or wear.
- Clean and vacuum unit.
- Check temperature rise, gas pressure, CO levels and heat exchanger.
- Clean and inspect the condensate drain or pump.
Air Conditioning Equipment:
- Inspect equipment for safety and proper perfomance.
- Check all electrical connections for corrosion and/or wear.
- Clean and wash the unit.
- Check temperatures for proper operation.
- Check fan operation.
H2O Heaters:

- Flush and drain tank.

- Treat all sinks with BIO Clean Enzyme
- Whole home plumbing inspection

Terms of Agreement
– Equipment must meet operational standards, in order to qualify.
– Priority service plans start on the date they are purchased.
– The plans expire two years after the purchase date.
– All plans are subject to technician approval.
– Transferable options are available for homeowners.
