What’s Included:

Furnace:

  • Inspect equipment for safety and proper performance.
  • Check all electrical connections for corrosion and/or wear.
  • Clean and vacuum unit.
  • Check temperature rise, gas pressure, CO levels and heat exchanger.
  • Clean and inspect the condensate drain or pump.

Air Conditioner:

  • Inspect equipment for safety and proper perfomance.
  • Check all electrical connections for corrosion and/or wear.
  • Clean and wash the unit.
  • Check temperatures for proper operation.
  • Check fan operation.

H2O Heater:

  • Inspect equipment for safety and proper performance.
  • Check all electrical connections for corrosion and/or wear.
  • Flush and drain tank.
  • Clean and vacuum burner.
  • Clean thermocouple.
  • Inspect and clean screens on intake air filter.

Plumbing

Two Year Duration

Plumbing Service Plan:

  • Whole home plumbing inspection
    • inspect bathrooms
    • inspect kitchen
    • inspect outside of home
    • inspect basement
    • inspect utility and laundry areas
    • check drainage for flow
    • visually inspect leaking or potential problem areas
  • H2O heater inspection
  • Main water supply pressure test
  • Inspect and adjust water supply pressure reducing valves
  • Sump pump inspection
  • Home sewage ejector system inspection
  • Treat all sinks with BIO Clean Enzyme

Options are available for backflow tests.

Terms of Agreement

– Equipment must meet operational standards, in order to qualify.
– Priority service plans start on the date they are purchased.
– The plans expire two years after the purchase date.
– All plans are subject to technician approval.
– Transferable options are available for homeowners.
